Today, I woke up to a great email from LinkedIn with an article about the 8 qualities of a remarkable employee. The article by Jeff Haden touched on the different qualities and why they make a remarkable employee. Its definitely something you want to take a look at. Self Reflection is key in growth and success, this article makes you reflect on your own qualities and position in your work place. Haden touches on great employees too when he writes "Great employees are reliable, dependable, proactive, diligent, great leaders and great followers... they possess a wide range of easily-defined—but hard to find—qualities." however the eight Remarkable qualities are: They ignore job descriptions, They’re eccentric, But they know when to dial it back, They publicly praise, And they privately complain, They speak when others won’t, They like to prove others wrong, and They’re always fiddling.
